Process flow chart

Feed section：The waste salt or waste activated carbon is continuously fed into the electrothermal desorption rotary kiln through the quantitative feeder according to the set quantity, and the waste liquid is directly sprayed into the high-temperature chamber.

Burning section：The use of graded air supply with electrothermal desorption rotary kiln, burner, high greenhouse, stripping flue to maximize the organic matter in the material incineration.

Exhaust gas purification section：The harmful substances in the flue gas are removed by quenching, dust removal, deacidification, fog removal and reheat of flue gas, so as to achieve the purpose of flue gas purification.

◆ Strong adaptability of waste materials: containing industrial waste salt, waste activated carbon, waste liquid;

◆ Less amount of combustion fuel: pay attention to material compatibility, combustion fuel can be ignored

◆ Low cost of tail gas treatment: complete combustion, low nitrogen combustion, less smoke, less harmful substances in the smoke;

◆ Low maintenance cost: furnace temperature is controllable, furnace harmful substances are controllable;

◆ Minimum waste water production: low disposal cost (cloth bag before deacidification, reduce wet application, reduce waste water production, a small amount of waste water through the neutralization and gasification tower, the salt removal);

◆ No solid waste generation: organic matter is incinerated, industrial salt and activated carbon can be recycled, good efficiency;

◆ Metal recycling: metal can be recycled through cloth bags, good efficiency;

◆ Waste heat reuse: high temperature air preheater heat exchange air, directly used for organic desorption heat source;

◆ Waste heat can be used for power generation: waste heat recovery, high income.
